Once approved by the project manager, our team assists in submitting the change order and then tracking the owners' change orders to ensure timely approval of the changes.

To proceed with, we first review all the construction documents and generate a procurement log for all the long lead times and request the actual lead time from the subcontractors for each item in their scope.

For further ease, we update the log and track the materials right from the release date to receiving the delivery tickets from the vendors. With the procurement log being the live document, we ensure that all the members involved in the project stays updated on all stages of the procurement cycle.
